Tiger News

News Updated on Sept. 11, 2009

The leadership of Pack 136 wants to thank all of the parents who turned out for our Orientation and Signup Night. It was great to see so much interest in this wonderful program. I can assure you that is is a decision you will not regret.

A very special thanks goes out to those of you who have committed to be leaders for our new Tiger Cub Dens. Scouting does not work without people like you who give of their time and talents to help the scouts learn and grow. Being a den leader or assistant den leader is a very rewarding experience. Speaking for myself I don't know who gets more out of scouting, my kids or me. We want you to know that you are not alone in this endeavor. We have a dedicated group of leaders in our pack who are more than willing to assist you in any way we can. If you ever have any questions do not hesitate to pick up the phone or send an e-mail to one of the pack leaders. Remember that this is your pack too. Your success with the Tigers makes the pack that much better so we are here to ensure that you succeed.

So welcome aboard everyone! This is going to be an exciting, challenging and memorable year for Pack 136. We are proud to welcome you as pack members!
